About the Role
Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, providing full-time night shift coverage across ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive bedside care to diverse patient populations
- Assess, monitor, and respond to complex patient conditions
- Administer medications and interpret telemetry data
- Support critical interventions and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain safety and quality standards in a patient-centered environment
Requirements
- Current RN license
- Strong clinical skills in ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to diverse clinical scenarios and work collaboratively
