About the Role

Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and reassessment. Document care, promote interdisciplinary communication, and ensure age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and safe care tailored to individual needs. Rotate across units based on demonstrated competency and perform delegated duties within scope of practice, supporting hospital policies and guidelines. Contribute to continuous learning and professional development, influencing patient outcomes and nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, reassessment).

• Rotate across units based on demonstrated competency.
• Perform delegated duties within scope of practice while supporting hospital policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Colorado or multi-state compact license.
• Nursing diploma (BSN preferred).
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least two years of RN experience in an acute care setting.

No travel required; floating within the facility only.
