About the role
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in a versatile float pool role, providing compassionate bedside care across multiple units.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in varied clinical settings, including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency, Behavioral Health, Oncology, and Neurology
- Adapt to various patient needs, demonstrating flexibility and clinical proficiency
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Maintain compliance with safety and healthcare standards
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and walking
Requirements
- 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
- Current RN license in the state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
