Registered Nurse Float

Role Overview

Provides compassionate, high-quality direct patient care in a float pool setting, ensuring adherence to organizational protocols and patient-first practices. Acts as the primary liaison to coordinate patient services across clinical disciplines, managing the comprehensive care journey, documenting progress, and communicating critical updates to the multidisciplinary team. Executes physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly to support timely treatment plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or an active multi-state license.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
