Key Responsibilities

• Leading patient care by implementing, monitoring, and adjusting comprehensive care plans to ensure optimal nursing care.
• Coinciding clinical teams to deliver seamless and efficient patient care.
• Executing and documenting physician and nursing orders accurately, while monitoring patient conditions.
• Conducting holistic patient assessments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current RN license from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire.
• Preferred certifications include Advanced Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
• Education: Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
• At least 3 years of RN experience is preferred.
