Key Responsibilities

• Lead patient care by developing, monitoring, and adapting care plans to ensure optimal nursing services.
• Cook up and coordinate clinical disciplines to ensure seamless and efficient patient care.
• Execute and document physician and nursing orders accurately, monitoring patient conditions and communicating updates to the team.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare professionals to address holistic needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Registered Nurse from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• Required BLS certification; advanced certifications like ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years RN experience preferred.
