About the role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our dedicated and high performing team at Finley.

In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced, patient-centred care while exercising clinical judgement, leadership, and professional autonomy at a friendly country health care facility.

You will provide person-centred, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and legislation.

• Conduct patient assessments, contribute to care planning, and evaluate outcomes to support safe and effective care delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal patient outcomes and ensure seamless care delivery.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and promote a culture of safety and learning.

Requirements

• Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Proven ability to work independently and across multidisciplinary teams, with a commitment to mentoring and supporting team members.

• Triage and emergency unit experience desirable.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will hold a current unrestricted Australian practising registration as a Registered Nurse.

Pay

$79,368.82 - $111,427.34 per annum, pro rata (+ super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)
