Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

About the role

The PRN RN Field Assessor position requires a current and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice, current CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of RN experience, proven ability to work independently, and strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments
• Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, and a current medication list
• Evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence
• Conduct a brief cognitive screening
• Evaluate the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks
• Use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet, in real time for documentation purposes

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Proven ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

Skills

Technologically savvy and able to use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet, in real time for documentation purposes.

Pay

Target Pay - $71,677 - $107,516
Hourly Pay Range - $34.46 - $51.69
Per Visit Point Pay Range - $41.35 - $62.03
