Registered Nurse - Field Assessor
About the role
The PRN RN Field Assessor will complete Long Term Care insurance assessments. Duties include obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluating the claimant's functional level of independence. The role also involves completing a brief cognitive screening and assessing the claimant's ability to perform ADL and IADL tasks.
Responsibilities
- Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments
- Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, and a current medication list

- Use a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet, in real time for documentation purposes
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- CPR certification
- Able to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to work independently
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Pay
Pay Range: $64,100 - $141,500 annual total cash target pay
$36.98 - $81.63 per visit point
$30.82 - $68.03 hourly rate
Schedule
Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full-time employment (40 weekly hours) at full productivity and generally follows the range above. Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
