About the role
We are hiring for a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Billings, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Completing Long Term Care insurance assessments
- Obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list
- Evaluating the claimant's functional level of independence
- Completing a brief cognitive screening
- Evaluating the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks
- Using a point of care web application/system on a laptop or tablet, in real time for documentation purposes
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- CPR certification
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of RN experience
- Able to work independently
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills
Pay
- Pay Range: $71,677 - $107,516 annual total cash target pay
- Hourly Rate: $34.46 - $51.69
- Per Visit Point Rate: $41.35 - $62.03
