About the role

The Registered Nurse Fertility Coordinator will assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients. They will monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education, communicate physician orders and instructions, and establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care services
  • Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
  • Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partner with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems

Requirements

  • RN required; BSN preferred
  • IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of patients
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM through 4:30 PM; weekend rotations every 4 to 6 weeks and 1 to 2 holidays per year.
