Fertility (RN) Nurse Coordinator
Opportunity Overview
Immediate opening for a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility in Norfolk, Virginia.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, between 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Occasional weekend and holiday rotations from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Compensation
$77,900 to $90,250 annually (commensurate with experience)
How You’ll Contribute
In this role, the Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator will assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients. They will monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education, communicate physician orders and instructions, and establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families. They will also document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
Qualifications and Skills
- RN required; BSN preferred
- IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients
- Computer proficiency required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong customer service and results oriented, highly responsive to requests
