Role: Responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in accordance with nursing standards, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams.Educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and evaluate nursing interventions' effectiveness.Collaborate with physicians and staff, delegate tasks appropriately, and adjust assignments based on patient acuity and needs.Promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment issues, and engage in evidence-based practice initiatives.Participate in quality and safety programs, support organizational goals, and contribute to a positive clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program; experienced RNs and new graduates eligible.Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced setting.Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and professional growth.
