Responsibilities
- Documenting medical records
- Developing and revising interdisciplinary care plans
- Conducting quality assessments
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Current state RN license
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days
- ACLS and PALS within six months
- Preferred: at least one year of experience and certifications like ASLS
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills are essential
