About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care using evidence-based practices and teamwork. Positions are available in various specialty units, with a focus on supporting new graduates through a structured residency program that includes mentorship, simulation training, and ongoing education.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care
- Develop and revise individualized care plans
- Delegate tasks appropriately and monitor patient responses
- Ensure legal and ethical standards are met
- Participate in professional development activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluate outcomes
- Coordinate care delivery and maintain professionalism
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Physical capability for patient handling and working in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- Less than one year of experience for new graduates
