About the role
This position is for a Graduate RN responsible for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet patient needs, promoting safety and satisfaction.
- Perform assessments within scope of practice and coordinate care plans, including patient and family education and discharge planning.
- Deliver direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, evaluating intervention effectiveness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs proactively.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
- Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives, working towards unit and organizational goals.
- Engage in professional development, mentorship, and community involvement activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from a nursing specialty training program.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
