Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to ER patients during night shifts.
Stabilize patients, administer medications, and monitor vital signs in critical situations.
Absess patient condition and document findings accurately in electronic health records.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to determine treatment plans.
Prioritize patient flow and manage triage efficiently to reduce wait times.
Communicate clearly with patients and families, conveying care plans and discharge instructions.
Demonstrate continuous learning by updating skills and applying evidence-based practices.
Mentor junior staff and provide guidance to teammates during night shifts.
Utilize performance metrics and pipelines to track personal and department targets.
- Active RN license with valid (state) registration and BLS certification.
- Nurse with minimum 2 years ER or acute care experience, night shift.
- Strong triage and rapid assessment skills for high-acuity patients.
- Proficient EHR documentation with accurate clinical notes and coding basics.
- Ability to administer meds, monitor vitals, and initiate emergency interventions.
- Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
