About the role
Full-time, night shift ER Registered Nurse (RN) in a community hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care according to standards.
- Providing age-appropriate care by applying growth and development principles.
- Developing and modifying care plans to ensure efficient, effective, and quality patient outcomes.
- Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
- Supervising and monitoring LPNs as needed.
Qualifications
- ADN or BSN degree.
- Minimum of 1 year ER experience.
- Oklahoma or applicable Multi-State RN license.
- BLS certification within 14 days, ACLS and PALS within 30 days of hire.
Preferred
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
