About the role
Join our team as a Night Shift, Full-Time Emergency Room (ER) Charge Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities
- Managing patient care and staff within the assigned area, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal use of supplies.
- Collaborating with unit managers and directors to develop and revise policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Serving as the primary liaison with patients, providers, and staff, while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or Diploma of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse experience in a hospital or over 1 year of clinical/management experience.
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days).
- BLS certification required within 14 days of hire or transfer.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- National certification in a clinical specialty.
