Registered Nurse, Endoscopy Suite, Per Diem
About the role
Under the direction of the Nurse Director, functions as a professional by utilizing the nursing process in caring for patients from admission to discharge. Is responsible for incorporating general, age-specific and unit specific competencies into the care provided and is responsible for adherence to Marlborough Hospital standards and standards in accordance with the licensure of Registered Nurses by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and American Nursing Association.
Qualifications
- BLS certification required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Computer skills preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prioritization and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member.
- Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible start times for 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Shift 1 – Day Shift, 8 hours). Flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM for 8-hour shifts.
Pay
Hiring range: $47.05 – $78.34 per hour (based on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week). Final offer varies based on scheduled hours; compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. This is a non-exempt position.
