Registered Nurse - Employee Health - Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Employee Health to support team members' health and wellbeing within a dedicated healthcare system committed to delivering quality, community-connected care across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-placement screenings, return-to-work clearances, fit-for-duty evaluations, and annual health assessments.
• Manage immunizations and TB surveillance programs.
• Communicate with candidates, HR, and management regarding health-related matters.
• Conduct occupational exposure follow-up and triage exposures.
• Provide education on post-exposure protocols.
• Evaluate team members' health status for return-to-work decisions.
• Document activities accurately and ensure compliance with infection control, HIPAA, and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare.
• Current RN license in Illinois.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Certifications in CPR/AED and drug screening procedures.
