Responsibilities

• Assessing and prioritizing patients based on their needs and acuity
• Responding swiftly to changing patient conditions using critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care
• Administering medications, treatments, and emergency interventions in a fast-paced setting
• Educating, supporting, and advocating for patients and their families throughout their emergency care journey

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• One year of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and make sound clinical decisions
