About the Role

The Registered Nurse leads the healthcare team in an emergency department setting, establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death. Utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion, they assist patients in navigating their health journeys, taking responsibility and accountability for care management in accordance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience.
• Emergency department or critical care experience required.
