Role Overview
Provides direct nursing care in emergency departments across multiple hospitals, following established policies and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and document patient care plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts
- Execute physician and nursing orders
- Assess and manage patient discharge planning
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license (compact or state-specific)
- Current BLS certification within 30 days
- ACLS certification within 6 months
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
- Minimum one year of RN experience in acute care
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school
Additional Requirements
Must obtain ACLS and BLS certifications as specified.
