Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Night

Role: Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, Night Shift, providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare team members.Coordinate and implement individualized care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members via in-person, phone, and written communication.Provide personalized education tailored to patient and family needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practices.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
