Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients with medical and emergent conditions
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinate care with ancillary services
- Advocate for patient safety and satisfaction
- Participate in unit initiatives and meetings
Requirements
- 1–2 years Medical Surgical Nursing Experience (required)
- Telemetry Experience (required)
- Emergency Department Experience (preferred)
- Hospital Experience (required)
Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (preferred)
- CEN, TNCC, NIHSS (preferred)
