Baptist Health is currently seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for their Emergency Department at Baptist Emergency at Town Center in Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with the direct care staff during their shift to deliver quality patient care
- Is an expert clinical resource
- Facilitates the admission, transfer and discharge flow
- Takes a lead role in implementing changes
- Supports and coaches staff development
- Makes shift to shift patient care assignments
- Takes a direct patient care assignment, as needed
Requirements
- 3–5 years Nursing Experience
- Medical Surgical and Telemetry Experience
- Leadership and Charge Nurse Experience
Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
Pay
This is a full-time night shift opportunity scheduled from 7:00pm-7:00am.
