About the role
We are seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, personalized patient care across all hospital units, including pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations.
Responsibilities
- Perform head-to-toe assessments
- Utilize triage processes
- Manage pain effectively
- Communicate with physicians about patient condition changes
- Adjust care plans accordingly
- Float across units as needed
- Adhere to ethical standards and commitment to quality care
Requirements
- Current NV nursing license
- ACLS & BLS certification
- PALS certification within six months of hire
- At least 2.5 years of ER experience
