About the Role

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Develops and updates individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ensures effective communication regarding patient status and care goals.
  • Delivers direct patient care and delegates tasks appropriately.
  • Monitors care quality and maintains a safe environment.
  • Utilizes performance data to evaluate care effectiveness.
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Educates patients and families.
  • Handles documentation, advocacy, and care coordination.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Current RN license.
  • At least one year of RN experience or equivalent residency/training.
  • Night shift availability.

Additional Information
