Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full-Time, Night

About the Role

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Manages patient care tasks within scope of practice.
• Monitors care quality, ensures safety, and uses performance data for continuous improvement.
• Educates patients and families, advocates for their needs, and maintains thorough documentation.
• Delegates tasks appropriately, incorporates cost-effective and safe care practices, and adheres to regulatory and organizational policies.
• Ensures compliance, quality improvement, and patient advocacy.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Valid RN license.
• At least one year of RN experience or equivalent training through residency programs or LPN experience.
• Demonstrated competency in clinical skills, safety protocols, and effective communication.
• Maintains licensure and ongoing professional development.
