Provide professional nursing care in a 24/7 emergency facility serving patients of all ages, from pediatrics to seniors.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care
- Conduct head-to-toe assessments and monitor patient hemodynamics
- Prioritize care based on physical and psychosocial needs
- Use triage to ensure timely treatment
- Communicate with physicians about patient status
- Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
- Manage pain effectively
Requirements
- Current NV RN license
- 2-3 years emergency or critical care experience or extensive EMS background
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (within 6 months of hire)
