Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full-Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Department provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team. They perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing evidence-based practices. Responsibilities: Deliver individualized care, partner with patients and families, coordinate documentation, promote team collaboration, support performance improvement, serve as preceptor or mentor, and participate in research and evidence-based initiatives. They also develop protocols, optimize resource use, and ensure compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, current RN licensure (single or multi-state), and certifications such as BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS. Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, time management, and computer skills, with experience in direct patient care preferred.
