About the role
We are seeking a full-time Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in a busy hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments across all age groups
- Evaluate patient outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure optimal care
- Triage patients and accurately assign categories
- Manage pain and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
- Combine clinical duties with managerial tasks, including staff hiring and communication
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years ED experience
- Current RN license
- BCLS certification
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
Qualifications
Optional certifications include ENPC and TNCC.
