Registered Nurse - Emergency Department, Full Time

About the role

This position is for an Emergency Department Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care across diverse age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments
• Manage pain with appropriate techniques
• Utilize triage to prioritize patient care
• Communicate effectively with physicians, managers, and staff about patient conditions
• Combine clinical and managerial functions, including staff hiring
• Ensure optimal patient outcomes through reassessment and collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years ED experience
• Current RN license
• BCLS certification
• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire

ENPC and TNCC certifications are optional.
