Responsibilities
- Perform head-to-toe assessments
- Manage pain and coordinate with physicians
- Prioritize patient care based on physical and psychosocial needs
- Evaluate outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
- Ensure timely treatment through effective triage
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience
- Current RN license
- BCLS certification
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
Qualifications
Optional certifications such as ENPC and TNCC are a plus.
Skills
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
- Capacity to handle pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients
