Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full Time

About the role

Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to emergency patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates care tasks to qualified nursing personnel to ensure efficient patient care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency calls and assist ambulance teams in medical services and safe patient transportation.
  • Contribute to facility and regulatory compliance, including meeting Joint Commission standards.
  • Support the facility's mission and goals through quality patient care.

Qualifications

  • Current nursing licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 1 year.
  • Additional certifications like ENPC and TNCC within 2 years are preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
