About the role
Provide professional nursing care in the Emergency Department in accordance with state laws and hospital policies.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and recognize changes in status
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate as part of a healthcare team
- Deliver safe, effective patient care
- Monitor and record patient status and observations
- Support unit goals and adhere to clinical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing (or must obtain within five years if holding an associate degree)
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- CPR certification
- ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications within three months of employment

Schedule
Full-time role with evening hours, rotating weekends, and holidays.
