About the Role
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, working evening shifts (3pm-3:30am) with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards
- Take responsibility and accountability for patient outcomes
- Supervise and direct unlicensed nursing staff in patient care delivery
- Contribute to patient safety and positive care experiences
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois required
- BSN degree preferred
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required
- Minimum 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred
