Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Evening)

Position: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Evening shift) Location: Arlington Heights, IL Hours: 3pm-3am, every 3rd weekend Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive patient assessments and collects health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinates patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, appropriate, and timely.Communicates effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing with patients and team members.Delivers individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participates in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practices.Maintains current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
