Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

About the role

This part-time evening RN role is based in Racine, WI, at a hospital ER department. Lead multidisciplinary care coordination, serving as the main contact for seamless patient services. Implement and assess patient-centered care plans to optimize outcomes and recovery. Document patient progress clearly and communicate effectively across the care team. Facilitate discharge planning from the start, ensuring smooth transitions for patients and families.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure in Wisconsin or a multi-state license
• BLS certification within 30 days
• ALS certification within 6 months (Pediatric ALS preferred)
• Nursing diploma or equivalent education
