Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Supervises team members, maintains a safe environment, ensures accurate documentation, and administers medications and IVs safely.
• Promotes a collaborative, therapeutic atmosphere and seeks ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Texas RN license
• Basic Life Support certification
• At least 12 months of RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and standards
• Strong communication, teamwork, and technical skills
