Applicants with experience in Assistant Nurse Manager, CNO, Care of psychiatric patients, Charge, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Director, Fast track, Manager, Supervisor, Transport, Trauma, Trauma level 1, Trauma level 2, Trauma level 3, Trauma level 4, or VP roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the emergency department
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care quality
• Oversee staff and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
• Conduct rounds and assess patient needs
• Manage patient flow and triage
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

• Current active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey
• Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency management or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
