Assistant Nurse Manager - Emergency Services

About the role

This is a FTE position that typically works a 40 hours week, it could be either 5 days of 8 hour shifts or 4 days of 10 hour evening shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Strategically ensure a balance of optimal and efficient patient care
• Ensure staff, patient, and physician satisfaction
• Create and maintain standards and systems for care delivery for their department(s)
• Focus on patient-centeredness and staff and patient safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 6 years In nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
• National Certification from ANA or Professional Organization in relevant field of clinical expertise upon hire (preferred)
