Responsibilities
- Implement nursing interventions
- Monitor patient status

- Evaluate post-care needs
- Facilitate patient transitions and discharges
Qualifications
- Valid RN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or recognized multi-state license
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school
