About the role
Execute nursing interventions and carry out physician orders in strict compliance with organizational standards and clinical protocols. Develop, implement, and track individualized patient care plans while documenting and reporting status changes in real time. Serve as the primary point of contact across all healthcare disciplines to ensure cohesive, well-integrated patient care. Evaluate post-care needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate smooth patient transitions and discharge continuity.
Minimum requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Additional preferences
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in Cardiac.
Pay
Commensurate with experience.
