Registered Nurse - ED / Part Time Nights

About the role

Provides patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and quality care. Coordinates with other departments, evaluates care effectiveness, and maintains professional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing duties in accordance with mission and standards
• Oversee care provision and support patient safety
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks required for patient care

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment, coordination, communication, and adherence to standards of care
• Ability to work part-time night shifts, with a focus on teamwork and compassionate patient interaction
