Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).Hold an active RN license in the state of practice or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements.Obtain and maintain Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or complete within 30 days of hire.Possibility of additional certifications depending on the department or position requirements.Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, with prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching.
