Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
- Cookordination multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
- Monitor patient progress, regularly review, and adjust care plans based on patient responses and outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- At least 1 year of acute hospital experience.
- 1+ years of 12 lead EKG experience.
- Registered Nurse Florida License (RN).
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- APEX Innovations NIHSS certification.
Qualifications
- Ability to use high-level abstract reasoning to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise the plan of care according to patient outcomes.
Skills
- Highly skilled in conducting comprehensive clinical assessments.
- Proficient in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary care.
- Experienced in monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans.
- Strong ability to use abstract reasoning to assess patients and evaluate interventions.
