Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
• Cookordination multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
• Monitor patient progress, regularly review, and adjust care plans based on patient responses and outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• At least 1 year of acute hospital experience.
• 1+ years of 12 lead EKG experience.
• Registered Nurse Florida License (RN).
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• APEX Innovations NIHSS certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to use high-level abstract reasoning to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise the plan of care according to patient outcomes.

Skills

• Highly skilled in conducting comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Proficient in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary care.
• Experienced in monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans.
• Strong ability to use abstract reasoning to assess patients and evaluate interventions.

Schedule

Full-time, Day shift (7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.).

Pay

$31.53 - $52.24 per hour.
