About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, manage, and coordinate patient care during hospitalization, utilizing a patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and reassessments, documenting findings accurately.
- Develop and evaluate personalized care plans based on patient data, diagnosis, and physician orders.
- Provide and document nursing interventions, collaborate with the healthcare team, administer medications, and educate patients and families.
- Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and implement appropriate actions promptly.
- Deliver specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Maintain professional accountability through adherence to standards, policies, and ongoing education.
- Communicate effectively, demonstrate compassion, and respect confidentiality and patient dignity.
- Engage in performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and contribute to team and departmental goals.
Requirements
- Current RN license in applicable states (Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, Wisconsin).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, adaptability, and effective communication.
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and delivering high-quality, respectful patient care.
