Registered Nurse, Dialysis, Full-Time, Day, Baptist Jacksonville

Responsibilities
- Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Organize and supervise care provided by supportive personnel
- Cook up care provided by ancillary services to support safe and effective patient outcomes
- Include patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing individualized plans of care
- Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care
- Serves as patient advocate and responsible for providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses
Requirements
- Dialysis nursing experience (preferred)
- Experience caring for patients with chronic medical conditions (preferred)
- Hospital or acute care nursing experience (preferred)
Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Licensed Registered Nurse (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
